Well, MC is master caller usually a guest or a time where the singer talks to the crowd. as for the lineup, I am a little sad too but the songs on the list look like they will make a good show. Here, concerts and events usually have to end by 11pm so everyone can catch the last train home so maybe that is the reason. Baseball games are called at 9 inings and never go longer. concerts always end by 10:30 too so I think this might be the case.
