Yes they usually start on time..printed on your ticket is the gate opening time and the concert time..The later one is the start of the concert..so I think you wont miss that much..Everyone can see the concert when it is released on DVD around December...The concert in Saitama Super Arena will be in that DVD...Good Luck to you! Enjoy Hikki's concert in Ehime Budokan!
