Here's an English Translation of the song,and just to put it out there the title of the song really dosen't relate to the lyrics,which make people think she's talking about actually making love. lol

The lyrics are astounding. It's seldom that I come across a song in English as meaningful as this. It's not poetic, metaphoric or deep - but it's so genuine, so human and touching.
