How do I get self made siggies (signatures) on here?

I see a bunch of awesome, self-made siggies (or signatures) on here and wondered how I could get a grip on how to put (possibily a Paint document?) onto my siggie. Any help people? Domo danka!

Upload it on photobucket or any image hosting site. Then you enter the code into the square picture thingy on the top.

Well, Phtobucket is free. Or you can search for other image hosting sites.
