Everybody loves hip-hop group m-flo. Really. xD Many people think m-flo is an individual. But m-flo actually consists of two people, Producer/DJ Taku Takahashi and rapper VERBAL. They started out an additional member, Japanese-Colombian singer Lisa. But Lisa left 2002. M-flo is the shortened form of "mediarite-flow" [The misspelling of 'meteorite' was intentional. But they wanted to have an impact like a meteorite.] But the name was too long and difficult for the Japanese. They shortened to it what is known today as 'm-flo'.

They released five albums. They ended the 'm-flo loves...' series with their album Cosmicolor. There has been rumors that m-flo might disband or that Lisa will return to m-flo.

They have a bright, electronica sound to their music. Their songs are quite fun and catchy to listen to. Even with sad lyrics. xD They even collaborated with Akiko Wada.
