Yeah that is pretty strange, I havr never heard hikki on the radio. But I know she did a radio interview inwhich a fan asked her would she go on a tour with ayu-chan, lol. It was pretty funny. Well why don't you go to the radio station in question and ask them if they have devil inside. Then continue to bug them.

even so...we all may not be able to hear it...radio frequencies are different throughout the world...you might have it here on this station but somewhere...you only hear white noise...its all different...yea we can help you out but only you may hear her...but id love to hear hikki-san on a station in america...
