Utada's myspace is now updated saying that THis is the One will be released March 24 digitally. But nothing is mentioned about the physical copy. This could then support that the physical copy would be released in May. But this is so strange...I guess I will buy both. But I do hope both are released on the same day.

i guess this is kinda good news cuz we get to buy the album without having to wait but i dont like digital copies.... i prefer physicals for the pics and lyrics! hmm now i'm not sure which one to buy since i dont have enough money for both versions...

Maybe the cover is only avaliable for the Japanese and digital releases.

This is indeed a move stave off piracy. Almost everytime this kind of thing has happened, preventing piracy is the main concern.

Yeah, but I can guarantee that people will buy the Itunes version, convert the songs to mp3's, zip-it-up and post it online. So I doubt that this will put that much of a stop to piracy.
