It's the U*Star Album just, close-up more and concentrating on one part of the picture.
I have seen U*Star Album cover. It's Sorta tacky. But, I like the sketchy Effect to it! ^_^

In fact, the cover is just a small segment of the STAR album... so the whole single is being recycled :x bleh

The drawing is actually interesting. Maybe if you just blew it up to fill most of the cover and then the title of the song, that would be interesting. To me at least.
