The recent email from IslandRecords states that, "Utada is touring all over Europe right now to promote the album's release."
It is reported that Utada is in London, and has been seen on TV. She was on ITV's London Today this morning and ITV news in the afternoon.

Man, she should have done that when she was in the US! I would try to go where she was, if she was doing that here, I mean.

True. True. She should have done more promotion with her album "Exodus" around the U.S. I knew that she went to NYC but it was too exclusive for me to get in.
