save threads we post in on a 'folder' on the side

if we post in a topic, it should give us a notification on the side menu and we click there to see all the topics we have posted in, and the number of new posts and such.

if you view your profile: http://www.utadanet.com/user.php (or the link View Account on the left side) you can see all your posts.
