I know the megaupload link isn't working properly at the moment, always saying the file is unavailble, just try the 2nd link.

If you have troubles opening the file you need to download a program winrar, it's totally free and it will let you open .rar files and alot of others like .zip and stuff

...sounds its taken from audio where she is introducing and/or explaining the the 'underwater mix' of "Addicted To You"
