That's Rilakkuma! Lol, I have him as my picture. I also have a few Rilakkuma items around my house and in my car. I LOVE Rilakkuma, he's meccha kawaii!

Looks like she could be a good artist for a little kid's Anime. Too bad Boku wa Kuma has been already used as a theme song. Other than that, it's really nothing special.

There's a lot of kuma thing that I think it's special.

There's also kuma chan picture book.

kuma costume (that she used in HEART STATION CM and Kuma Project)
