Looking for video- HELP!!

HI,
A few days ago I saw Utada's performance of "Colors" on You Tube. The one in which she smiles when she mixes up the lyrics (that was cute :)) . Now i can't find it. They must have deleted this video. Does anybody know where I can find it? I will appreciate any help.

Do you remember what she was wearing or where it was at (TV show, concert, etc.) Maybe this could fill the void. She forgets the lyrics here too.

Thanks for the effort guys, but none of these vids is that what I'm looking for. It was a part of a concert with real audience in japanese tv show or sth. She was singing "Colors" and wearing black blouse with long sleeves.
