New 2012 Remaster of my bootleg (Edit: FINALLY I get this post through!!! Been waiting months for this site to sort out its forum bugs that kept me from posting!!):

This new version improves on the sound image, adding a touch of clarity while also correcting subsonic bass frequencies, and also fixes the left channel bias previously found on the original. Not too much could be done to fix the tinny sound on Utada's microphone however - that was an inherent problem with the sound mix itself on the night, unfortunately!
New artwork with a slightly corrected track listing included.

Good to see my bootleg is still getting attention here! (Did VERY brilliantly well over at JPopSuki a while ago actually - well over a THOUSAND downloads between the MP3 and FLAC uploads!!)

Yeah, it's already been linked to Koko. (I didn't notice that at first :P)
It would appear the LV recording's Megaupload says temporarily unavailable, so hopefully that'll come back if you want to download it. The quality's not as good (there's more crowd noise) but I have it just because I was there

look up inuliger in the search box at the top and you should find the reply he put with the recording download link
also, a las vegas in the flesh recording was put here by dnutt i think? I think if you look up dnutt you should find a download link for that too..
