Does anyone know how to post pictures in your signature?

I keep trying to load pics to my signature (different from the avatar) to my account signature but all I keep getting is a link when I copy and paste them; can someone explain how you go about doing this (especially someone who has multiple pics on their post and member profile signature???..Thnx a mill'!

click on pict with human head icon and paste the link. And click ok , also you can place signature on left or right place.
