I was on twitter the other night and I asked u3music (terazune) "When will Utada in the Flesh tour be available?"

He replied stating this:

I'm sorry I don't know how to post a twitter post on here. I'm clueless on that. Well, I'm really happy that they are going to be releasing it soon! They just have to get through the mix/edit. =)

he said the mix/edit has been completed.
its just getting it to thru the distribution channels / negotiations. So i guess its just waiting for IDJ or iTunes or u3music researching delivery models.

Id say just make it a DVD (or BLURAY!), get it duplicated for a few 1000, set up a simple online store (maybe thru amazon or ebay) and sell it directly from u3music to the fans.

Great news!! I'm really happy about which venues they chose. I'm still angry at myself for missing the NYC show, and I heard that the second London show was amazing.
