I'm hoping some of you would know who this guy is. I found him on YouTube long ago but I can't anymore. Any help would be appreciated!

That's "RoflWaffleLova" on YouTube. I think he had an account here a long time ago... I remember he also had a SoundClick page where he put of covers of J-pop songs, but both his SoundClick and YouTube accounts were taken down for copyright reasons, iirc.
