So, I have a copy of UH3 I bought last year at a BookOff, and I found this thing in the booklet and I don't know what it is. It's shaped/laminated/has a hole like some pass you'd hang on a lanyard. I looked around online and couldn't find anything about it, any ideas??

I think it came with every copy. I got one in mine too when I got it back during first release =)
