Yep, apparently Hikki scored the #2 spot on Rekochoku's most downloaded albums chart. However, that wasn't for SCV2. If you check out the list below, you'll see that #2 is "UTADA HIKARU SINGLE COLLECTION VOL. 1". I guess nostalgia was a big factor in that, now that she's in hiatus...

i find that a bit strange bcuz single collection vol. 1 was way back then.

I think was an error. It probably is SCV2.
