Mitsu Final Distance Sheet Music - extant?

I'm approaching desperation in my search for the score to the Mitsu piano version of distance. If anyone knows where I can pick it up or has an idea if it even exists I'd appreciate hearing from you.

I could post a link to the file if that would help anyone.
