yea idle, but I guess, she heard it from an anime. The girls there when they're screaming "iie" it sounds like "iiyaa". But its still "iie"

chotto has many uses. e.g. when asking someone if you can see something he/she is holding you can say chotto. Right?

chotto matte-wait a moment, you hear that often
mada-not yet, I think mada-mada is my favorite japanese word. Does that mean don't give up?

"Chotto" means a little or for a while.

when asking someone if you can see something, its "misete"

yea, chotto has many uses, and it means, 'a little', 'for a while', 'for a second'.

mada, is 'not yet' or 'still'.

hmmn? mada-mada, I've heard it before but I dunno what it means.

I think when you want to say something hurts you say can say, {optional: watashi (or boku) no} [insert body part name here] ga itai desu.


So like if I wanted to say my head hurts (which I say often XD) it would be "atama ga itai desu! >_X" lol


I think thats right o_o?
