wellllll
there are two theory ones, and one practical it IS hard i had a perfect score in the circuit, where you do parking, slopes and such and at the roads, i flunked badly |

yea i started the driving thing late...so i still have my permit and im 18 too...i can go take the test in january...next month...thank god...not being able to drive but all your friends can sucks...i feel like a kid when they have to like pick me up to go places...

you should be greatful coz its strict in ur country .
here in the phil. alot of red tape is going on in the department that handles licensing and other related vehicle issue. you can get ur license even if your underage. that is if you got alot of money and knows someone from the inside. thats why we got alot of vehicular accident, coz some drivers are really not fit to drive. its really fun to drive ur own car, but the rising cost of fuel here in the phil. can be a great disadvantage. |
