I didn't get a long period of sleep last night.
I woke up at 12:00 am, 2:00 am,3:00 am,5:00 am,6:00 am, and 7:20 am. All I have to say is... Lying in bed while studying is a VERY BAD idea.  |

my sleep depends upon the schedule of my work....
like today i got 20 hours sleep... i was on duty 52 hours... |

anybody here ever drank "red bull"? i slept 10hrs yesterday and woke feeling a little groggy, so i decided to try one. it worked pretty good, but after about 4hrs it wore off and i had a massive headache. anybody ever experienced this? i never drink energy drinks so maybe that has something to do with it.
