Any more updates on tickets arriving yet?

I'm still waiting. I was told when I called up not long ago that my tickets purchased through TicketWeb had still gone through and hadn't been refunded, but obviously since the tickets haven't arrived i'm still worried that I don't get to go...:(

I think i'll call again tomoro...

well as pips has already said... she's bought tickets before from the very same company and she got her tickets 2 weeks before the show. therefore I think it's how it will be now as well. we're only lucky if we get them well in time. :p

They have already told those who're involved with the ticket issue, if you're not one of them there shouldn't be no need to worry. =)

Thanks Ayehunny, I have kept up my calls thrice weekly and have also written a polite but strongly worded formal complaint to Jon Wiffen Ticketmaster PR manager

jon.wiffen@ticketmaster.co.uk

Ticketmaster?s customer agents constantly refer to the ?small print? and the fact that there is a procedure if tickets fail to arrive 7 days before the Gig, a nerve jangling experience to say the least, all of which is very irritating, what really gets up my nose is the way the Agents have no empathy for their customers as fans, we have dreamed and longed for this opportunity to be part of the Utada in the flesh up close and personal call it what you like and to be held to ransom emotionally by Ticketmaster that leaves us open to more areas of ticket incompetence is very depressing indeed.....I was however informed that all the instances of ?ticket allocation errors? has been ?concluded and solved ? and a call too Ticketmaster will expel any doubt, well had they distributed the tickets in the same fashion as the US we would not be having to waste so much time worrying.

With the list of excuses growing ever longer, I was recently given a lecture from one security minded agent how late ticket arrival limits the instance of forgery and that Ticketmaster was only looking after their customers interests, which does not explain the fact that full ticket distribution is close to completion for some of the US dates. All of Utada ?In the flesh? tour ticketing take place in US Cities..well less the 600 for the London show, if Ticketmaster was truly concerned with possible instances of ticket forgery there would have been a blanket ticket distribution policy covering both the US and the UK alike, being able to communicate simultaneously from both ends of one?s torso seems second nature to Ticketmaster Agents??

Personally I am happy with the confirmation I have received and have consigned myself to the wait, the members who were sadly affected by the ?ticket allocation errors? horror story has been fully ?indentified? and ?if? and that is a big ?IF? that Ticketmaster are now going to honor their contractual commitments which on the evidence so far that no more miss-selling has taken place we can have a measurable level of confidence affording ourselves time to relax and enjoy our own festive Christmas celebrations?.. to start I have the perfect Christmas gift for the weary Utadanet member to use when communicating with Ticketmaster in the future?

My worries are pretty much assuaged for the moment and i'm happy enought to wait for my tickets to arrive by post in the next few weeks. Now i have to start thinking about booking flights and accommodation, any word on that by the way Pips? I really can't wait for the show now that it seems that the whole UU06 band is coming along for the ride, it can be nothing other than absolutely amazing!!!!!

I will get in touch with the Hotels groups and chase a conformation reply for Kings Cross I have to guarantee numbers to secure discount so I will be ?PMing? members for further details and to keep things simple I intend to pass a group list of members to the chosen Hotel...

When did you last check on your tickets tempest_phoenix ? You booked via O2 priority ?.

Before you book the flights call Ticket master Customer Service, 08444 999999 option 4 ask to speak to a manager and request his name, make it clear to the manager that you have yet to receive your ticket allocation and are in the process of sourcing expensive flights to London, ask him to send you a personal confirmation email detailing that tickets have been reserved for you.

Look I always err on the side of caution and there is no harm tempest_phoenix making the call voicing your concerns, after all you are about to part with your hard earned cash, it is not unreasonable to make a request for direct confirmation from a duty management level grade ?.obviously if this manager can provide more precise details....i.e. when your tickets will drop on your mat all well and good, but if he or she can't a personal email will at least give you some level of come back if Ticketmaster fail to deliver..

Please let me know how you got on ..

You are not alone I know of at least 6 others that will be ?picking up? on the night.

It would be advantageous if you joined us, Nexus will be picking up on the night too and I swear to god if they let Nexus down there will need riot police to deal with the s**t storm that will follow... there will be no back tracking from Ticketmaster or O2 Islington Academy box office, the old adage safety in numbers makes sense ...

Well, I've been a member from the community since forever, but this last time server-change I got totally lost and took my time to found the froum again and sign in again. So I guess this is also a big "hi again" to anyone.

I orderder my tickets directly on the O2 academy website wich re-directed me to tickectweb.co.uk.

I bought 5 tickets and I selected international mailing because I live in Spain.

When I check the order status on the ticketweb website with my confirmation code it says absolutely nothing about any refund or cancellation and I did not receive any mail about it.

What worries me a bit more is the fact that in that same order status, the mailing info they have for selling the tickets appears TOTALLY BLANK, while on the paper printed order confirmation I have it reads very clearly "your tickets will be delivered to the following adress: (and my adress info appears) following that.

And, of course, I haven't received anything...
