Now I have brought both the physical cd and downloaded TITO, my feelings are this is not the one, it ignites and sparkles in places, and the sounds and beats inspires, it even suits in many ways the R&B US market, but it feels unfinished, half done, the collaboration on the production with Stargates ?Hansel and Gretel?, and Tricky all well meaning, both solid, proven professionals ,

But where Utada music needs precise musicial interpretation these Guys process ?dead hands?, the Video for CBTM was a blinder , all the promotion seemed to slide into place, but listen to the lylics , I know Hikki does ?playful?, Hikki does quirkness, but the lyric feels cobbled together an after thought.

! God yes I feel like I am about to be ?boiled in oil?..my humble opinion, and I will debate if the light is on or off , so no offence intended

Utada had nothing to prove, Utada could well be the most successful female Artist of her generation depending on whose counting , Hikki has all the time in the world, at 26, hardly pension time.

Yet there is an inevitability to all this, try to think of any artist that has a 10 year anniversary at 26 ! and this could well be TITOs ?Achilles Heal? , expectations are high,
Hikki has achieved so much.

To Hikki we are devoted fans, to IDF and particularly Vivendi we?re all bottom line, and treated accordingly, results, along with strict finanical targets need to be met in days and weeks not months or years. As one guy mentioned earlier nothing is left to chance!

I so wanted TITO and Utada to be welcomed as a world musician and the music, along with Hikki?s achievements promoted along these lines , not ?break through? artist, the term ?break through? does on not reflect the whole story, it a pigeon hole. A dead end.

BoA does break through, Wonder Girls do break though , Purfume will become breakthrough, many be , Seven is Seven, handsome but useless , Hikki is an established World Musician , with acolades from Elton John , and that queen says little without meaning it?.. remember the verbal public ?hand bag swinging contest? with Lily Allen at some award ceremony.. Lily be afraid, Eltons got a razor tongue, mind you so has Lily. I like a Celeb fist fights. A Celeb mouth is like a firework, light up and stand well back .

And no disrepect to all BoA, Wondergirls, Purfume , fans, and I mean it.

The way these Artists are being promoted is unnatural, listen to the shrillness, ?the next best Asian effort to invade the US?, whats that all that about ?

Yes, I said it. I stand by it, too. "Be My Last" is one of those songs in which I have to be just the right mood to appreciate, even then, it's tolerable. "Wings" and "Kairo" are ho-hum, but I'd prefer them not to be in UB. I do appreciate the more mature stance that some of you are taking; these are my preferences and my opinions after all.
