there is a guy i work with that just bought a iphone. they didn't put him on the right plan then he got a $5000 phone bill. he just complained that it was their fault and didn't have to pay.

ugh yeah. i deposited a student loan check for $1750 on the friday of labor day weekend. They put a hold on the money of course, but my receipt said it would be available the following tuesday. So, I went ahead and paid a couple of bills with the money available. SOMEHOW, my account wound up negative and they charged me $140 in overdraft fees. So in total, my checking account was negative like $300. I spoke to 5 representatives online and they all said that my money would be available like 2 or 3 days late and that they were right in charging me. I finally got through to a supervisor who gladly refunded my money..
It was horrible though! |
