it's more on the reddish side

Some curry has a green/yellow color to it. I think Japanese curry is generally just the red variety, though.

One question for someone who's Viet or someone who knows how to eat pho.



What do I do with the green vegies on the right? Do I eat it? I eat the sprouts but I ditch the green stuff (lettuce?)

My ex ate Pho all the time. She always used the lemon/lime, various kinds of sauces and [I think] some sort of mint to adjust how the soup tastes.

Well, I see people eat it, but it's mainly just to make the Pho taste better. I don't put it in my Pho though. I only put Lime/Hot Sauce in my Pho.

I haven't had Pho in like forever...
