Judging from what people are saying, this event sounds horrible than the one in LA. I'm hearing that she was only there for about 40 minutes and it was utter chaos.

I've heard the same thing. That's quite unfortunate. I wonder if she is feeling like this whole Sephora thing was a bad idea. Because I feel like it is. Or at least the execution was bad.

I just got back from the event and it wasn't bad. It was well put together and they even gave us free doughnuts & coffee . But there was limit of people being let in. If you got an yellow band you was 100% going to get in. Orange was a maybe and anyone else was an no. They gave (only yellow bands) free picture with her autograph on it and make-up case with her logo on it. The reason I got my yellow was cause I was out there since 1pm. But it was worth the wait and I met some really cool people. There was no chaos or drama. I enjoyed it ^_^

Ah this is quite different from the twitter messages on ublog (?) that I read. Maybe its because they didn't get a wristband. Anyways I'm glad to hear you had a good time and that it was put together much better!

I went to the one in Hollywood and I think Utada was a bit overwhelmed by the crazy fans at yesterday's event.lol
At the end she was totally being herself but right after she got up to the stage she looked a little intimidated.
I guess she's just not used to that kind of buzz.

Ahhh I'm just jealous of those who got to take pictures with her...!! I'm trying so hard not to hate them.lol
I was almost in the front and was able to see her face whole time so very satisfied though. XD

I really sympathize with those Utada fans left out of the Sephora appearance. One question I have: Why is there no tour? Don't most artist do some kind of tour to promote a new CD? A listening party for a mega star like Utada is retarded.

I just got back! I had gotten my yellow band saw about 2 people from UN (saw more but didnt want to get out of line).

The event went pretty well, it was nice inside I really really did wish they would have let her stayed longer. When we were on line outside lots of people passed by and asked what we were theyre for.

The interview went pretty nice, seeing Hikki live- i was like in a dream like state so I can't really say how it was but watching her sing and dance as they played Me Muero was the cutest thing ever standing in line for 5-6hours was totaly worth it.

We didn't get to take pictures with her 5 people got to ask her questions, and we got pre-signed photos of her (I took my This is the One CD with me for no reason it seems ;_; ).

The only chaos i saw was when we was leaving! Some smartypants from Sephora thought it was a good idea to give out mini posters to the poeple outside infornt of the door so people were grabbing at it and it was so sad to see the many that couldnt make it stand by the doorway and cry. I know if I was just 5mins late I would have been one of them.
