schumacher!? yes i saw on sky today..finally jensen button will feel a little dampness in his pants when he sees 'the king' all up in his rearview mirror. he won too easily last year..but why join mercedes i wonder??

manchester city has their hands full for the hiring of roberto mancini..i guess the board thought felt that the fans wouldve been grateful, but the other way around. fans feel lied to and looks like theyre mad!!

and whats this i hear about carlo ancelotti adding john terry to the baresi bracket?

roberto mancini CAN manage..its not his first stint in managing a club overloaded with high profile talent..man city should be easy considering his successful outing as manager for inter milan...managed way better players too..

curious..what is boxing day?? lol...sky just kept saying boxing day this, boxing day that..im like what is that??

i never heard that rumor about huntelaar, but he could definitely help..question is can he create his own legacy as a gooner?? for dutch strikers, nobody can outdo what dennis bergkamp did for us. rvp has the talent to be one of the best known wearing the arsenal shirt..so huntelaar can have success here..big in size, soft touch with the ball, and can play technically..nice fit so lets see if arsene wenger will get out his wallet...

luca toni is groaning in bayern..thats a possibility, but not sure of wenger's interest in older players..upside is that he could definitely throw around drogba like a rag doll!!..does everything better than huntelaar but like 7 years older..AND ive never heard or seen of an italian player who fit into wenger's system.

more news regarding players..nothing important but very much to me. shunsuke nakamura dismisses any rumors pertaining to a transfer to japan after a unsuccessful first half of the season spent in la liga..with espanyol fighting to stay up in tier 1 and having trouble making first team, rumors were flaring of a transfer to yokohama marinos, but he denied..he should just go..made the wrong decision

vvv venlo said to be very interested in cerezo osaka wonderkid shinji kagawa..after rumors of getting trials to barcelona/real madrid earlier in the season, now confirmed that a european club is interested in the cerezo midfielder...after a succesful acquisition in current vvv captain keisuke honda from japan years before..vvv holds plans on obtaining the services of kagawa, who along with inui and kaio, played an essential role in getting cerezo osaka back into top tier J1 japanese football. so the wonderkid duo looks to be split after all..

arsenal v. aston villa
27.12.2009 (1330 kickoff)
preview

clearly the game to watch this sunday..gooners against the recently branded 'giant killers'..aston villa looking to beat wenger's side and claim a top 4 of their own permenantly..sitting 3rd in the table level on points with arsenal, the villians feel they can slay the only giant left standing after defeating the likes of chelsea, liverpool, and manchester united earlier in the year..

the scariest match ive been looking at..all season..THE TOUGHEST MATCH THIS SEASON TO DATE!!..all reports say arsenal can win but arsenal hasnt beat villa at home since their 5-0 romp at highbury back in 2005(2-0 defeat last season at the emirates)...martin o'neill's has found a success formula to winning away..taking all 3 points in 11 of the past 22 away matches..compared to their 46% winning rate at villa park..

cesc fabregas still 50:50 to play against aston villa..abou diaby and denilson who both scored in their outing against hull fight for first team alongside probable fabregas and alex song..emile heskey the only injury doubt for villa so expect gabby and john carew up front, ashley young and stewart downing riding the flanks and james milner and stiliyan petrov manning the centre..steve sidwell also looks for a starting XI spot..seeing villa hardly lose when he plays(1 every 4 matches), its a good possibility..they seem to have replaced recently departured captain gareth barry..with the summer signings of richard dunne to replace retired martin laursen and james collins from west ham..defence looks stiffer than ever!!

game looks to be very close..paddy power favors gooners 9/2 but im soo scaredfor this one..even i think aston villa will win..god im so stressed over this..

did you see the result on a boxing day Chelsea have a draw match XD Pips gonna mad with this XD.

Liverpool finaly won hope this not the last for them.

About boxing day i only knew that a match after X mas , a present to football fans and premiere league the only league who do this.

Arsenal won at the boxing day XD

Actually Arsenal a bit mad because Barcelona keep pursuit to have Cesc Fabregas, to go back to Barcelona.

Well la liga very hard league there, no wonder Shunsuke Nakamura cannot do more, not like Scotland League.

Mancini won in his first match in a boxing day congrats.

Rumor said Huntellar will come to Arsenal , next transfer season .... i wonder will it come true.

never shouldve doubted..

some arsenal fan i am huh?? thinking villa could take 3 while fabregas, in 28 minutes, won the game on his own..

came onto the pitch as a substitute in the 56th minute..and right away he established himself as the star with a 40meter free kick that just missed over the top...after that it was vintage gunners..play looked smoother to what was already an entertaining 3 and 4 match-up..latter stages of the game was when arsenal proves their seriousness in competing for the league crown..traore delivers a beautiful cross to sub theo walcott, and setup fabregas with a nice pass where fabby shot in stride to double their lead...good yes?? no..during celebration, you could easily see the hamstring injury affecting him as he was seen limping..concerns filled the faces of fans and coaches as the captain's extraordinary performance came to an unfortunate end with aaron ramsey coming on for him in the 84th..game was basically over but abou diaby made it 2 in 2 weeks with his stoppage time goal to seal it..

kudos to villa though..played well i thought until fabregas came on..played and looked like top 4 material..
final result: 3-0
sorry, this game was too tempting to not watch

with chelsea's recent performance spiking terribly..arsenal seems to have finally found their form again after it was thought to be lost after international break earlier in the season. getting 13 of possible 15 in the last 5 matches..gunners go from champion wanna-be a month ago to true contenders...AND with a vital game in hand(btw when do we make that up?) its a possible 1 point margin from paradise..north london has to be ecstatic..and for good reason.. ^_^

Yes Kayako Cesc Fabregas was an inspiration to Arsenal after coming off the bench being fouled by Dunne and then curling in the 25 yard free kick with touch and skill, owing to a niggling hamstring injury substitute Fabregas had started after 57 minutes to give his side the extra "balls" to beat a stubborn Villa. The victory moved the Arsenal to within four points of Chelsea with a game in hand. A significant win since Aston Villa had already beaten Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United so far this season.

Chelsea failed to score for the first time in 34 games and they looked tired, drawn and left wanting against awkward and sometime frustrating Birmingham. Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has now seen his side win only once in their last seven games, and with the likes of strikers Drogba and Kalou now heading to the Africa Cup of Nations..

The 3 ? 1 win against Hull saw Manchester United close to within two points of Chelsea, Wayne Rooney looked menacing as he scored for United on the stroke of half-time. Craig Fagan levelled from the spot, but Rooney again made the play when his low cross led to an Andy Dawson own goal. Berbatov then sealed the win after a pin-point pass again from Rooney. Now at this stage last season champions United traditionally begin to move away from their opponents?.ironic that with this victory Man U are beginning to closed the gap on Chelsea.

Val there is also a premier league fixture for Monday, 28 December 2009, Blackburn v Sunderland, Chelsea v Fulham, Everton v Burnley, Stoke v Birmingham, Tottenham v West Ham, Wolverhampton v Man City, Tuesday, 29 December 2009, Aston Villa v Liverpool, Bolton v Hull, and Wednesday, 30 December 2009 Man Utd v Wigan, Portsmouth v Arsenal.
Before Kayako wets himself we still have 19 matches left to the season, so hold on to yer doo da?s Mr K, having watched the Manchester City match with new manager Roberto Mancini?. did you notice the new found respect the players have for each other?

well we could see some results in the pipe line for all the filthy luca that has been spent by Mark Hughes ?..

hmm..no i would expect roberto mancini to make to few more transfers to solidify their base defensively..with lescott injured for the next couple of weeks..its a porous back line..maybe wooing players from his former club would do the trick..

i havent wet my pants just yet Ms. N, we're still 4 points down..still 2 games away from 1st place..you'll just have to see 'my moment' lol..come may, sorry..BUT with daunting tasks coming during the ides of january to late february..it could turn my smile upside down: try aston villa, chelsea, liverpool, and manchester united on for size..tremendous upside though; get over that mountain, then from previous results it should be smooth sailing to the crown. no late threats except man city so you COULD see arsenal go unbeaten from march to the end of the season..im sure you and val couldnt bear see us pull that from our unlimited 'arsenal' of tricks..lol how fitting

with 4 players leaving chelsea come january, expect the acquisitions of ribery and kun aguero pips so cheer up. but problems await..derby match against fulham..yet another london clash!? you could chelsea in 1st for the last time of 2009 by wednesday...with united pacing themselves to leapfrog the leaders with an easy matchup with wigan..arsenal could also close the gap further as well. btw any tips on the portsmouth match..derby for us too and with 'the man that never smiles' in charge of pompey now..it doesnt look so much like a breeze-by match anymore..

im really curious for united..no real problems regarding play despite losing ronaldo..everyone seems happy and sir alex isnt whining anymore(alan wiley btw referreed the hull game yesterday..looked in better shape..lol) i wonder of his plans in january..i think i heard he doesnt plan on spending, but come on, its manchester united!! care to spill the beans val??

..ps..what ever so happened to the team that sings 'you'll never walk alone'??..whats their club name again?? gah its mind boggling..lol ^_^a

Hei MU won against Hull city 3:1 XD . wow point gap with Chelsea XD be carefull Chelsea lol

2 MU defender already recover Vidic and Brown but Rerdinand still have 3 weeks to recover. They real problem were their defend in last 2 match, even Hull can scored a goal , and Fulham beat MU 3:0 .

Next transfer season i heard MU want to hired a winger , i forgot his name . Its still a rumor though
