i stayed out there since 11, freezing my bum off, however, one thing is for sure

that was the best experience of my life.

I wish i was able to take pictures but i left my camera in the coat check :/. they seemed uber lenient on the camera issue til i think someone used flash or something, then people got pulled away left and right. to those who got pics, can i use them in a scrapbook/video im making? a lot of my other friends and family wanted to see and were bummed when they found out i didnt have many pics.

i wish i got a kuma ball, one sailed past me and another fell not too far from me :< oh well, at least i can say i saw Utada! Hopefully they'll make a DVD~

The other thing is Mike wasn't bad at all, to be honest. He played like one song in his mix I could have done with out. (That Brittney Spears song) The first song...people just didn't know, xD. The rest were good, or awesome. There were people who came to our section of the crowd because they said the rest was "dead". I'd hate to see some of the crowd at a club. >_>

Back to Hikki-chan...can any fans describe how well she sang last night and if she was active on stage and talking a lot to the crowd or not?

She seemed very nervous almost shy at first when she spoke to us. Her singing was beautiful it was strong I like it more live than recorded.
She was very playful when she got into it.

She didn't speak much to us as the crowd kept shouting at her and cheering. Think someone posted a video on youtube of her longest speech to us lol other than her intro her band her cousin that was there and her old high school classmates that were in the VIP section.

Watching her live is unbelieve able I don't know what I can compare it to because there just isn't anything that breathtakingly amazing!

She did tell some guy to stop talking and the crowd cheery very loudly because he was being rude as she was trying to talk to us but I can somewhat understand him, if I was so close to her i may never shutup.

Her outfit was great - black (sequin?) shirt, leopard print skirt, black tights, black boots with silver chains, and star earrings. Her hair was long enough that when she did head-banging (like during YMMWTBAM) it looked really cool. She looked great.

She didn't seem VERY happy but she appeared to be in a good mood - I think she was just really taken aback by how much we loved her, she remarked that we were very loud.

Funny moments - a couple: this one guy in the front kept complimenting her and the band, like incessantly, and finally Utada just goes "Stop talking!" And everyone applauded. He wasn't being rude, he was just really excited to see her (having waited in line for like 15 hours)

The three Exodus songs sounded EXACTLY like they did at UU06 (except during YMMWTBAM she started banging on the drums which was awesome), and she did a really great job with them.

Standing-out wise, I was surprised with how good Poppin' sounded (I don't really like that song, but live it sounded awesome). Same with Me Muero, which I wasn't expecting to like at all. I actually didn't like the instrument backup for Simple and Clean, I can't quite articulate it but it didn't seem right to me. Stay Gold may have been my favorite number of the night - I usually don't like that song but wow, I can't explain how good it sounded live (and she was playing piano for it, too, which made it even better). The lighting was AMAZING.

New york was the best show! hands down! ^_^ It's her hometown and, she said it herself.~

i'm surprised there isn't a lot of video from ny.. unless its jus that people havn't uploaded them yet..

It was a really great show and i hope they make it a DVD because there were alot of camera men taking video footage of her and the audience and there were alot of photographers. If they make a DVD i know me and my friends will be in it cuz we were right in the front in the center very close to UTADA =] It was amazing~
