Thanks, I'll keep that in mind haha

Here I can get a permit at 15 and 9 months, but it has to be in between strict daylight hours and I have to be in the car with someone 25 or older.

Bleh. That sort of defeats my purpose of driving, but I'm assuming they allow this for learning purposes.

i took the DMV test like last week and i failed just becuase i miss one more problem "I"m TALKIN ABOUT JUST 1 PROBLEM MORE!!!" omg man that piss me off so bad

When I took the written test, I did it in the nearby town of Rochester. Some of the people there aren't so smart, and it ended up being extremely easy.

If you have any areas with a DMV near you with a lot of people who speak English as a second language, or aren't too keen on secondary education, take the test there.
