Mmm ♪Java Junkie!!♪~lol

Anyways Gunners now within 3 points of Chelsea after a comeback 3-1 victory against Stoke in the Britannia Std. Arsenal has a history of being susceptible to Rory Delap's legendary throw-ins and in the 9th minute it proved yet again. His super long throw was touched by Ryan Shawcross ended by Pugh to head in the opener. We looked shocked and intimidated to play our style..we had lost here twice in the past 14 months and it looked to tell the same tale again. It was until the 25th minute where Gunners finally set their feet and established the passing game. Constant pressure from Arsenal sent Stoke into their defensive shell, but you can only go so far before conceding. Fabregas sends cross from the right flank and Bendtner keeps his wits among him to send a “Pips-like” header past Sorenson... lol Half time whistle and Arsenal are looking like Arsenal. Play resumed with continuous gunner pressure just to end in utter silence after a sharp scream. Shawcross flies into Aaron Ramsey looking reminiscent to Eduardo's brutal injury two years ago. A bad fracture later told after further medical attention. Rosicky replced him to finish. We had many chances a everything was still good, but Bendtner opened up the winner when his chip cross hit Pugh's arm resulting with Fabregas slotting penalty to the left corner by outstrteched Sorenson. This goal notched his 16th to his amazing campaign. What looked to be 2-1 turned into 3-1 when Fabregas found an open Vermaelen slot in the third. A good win within 3, but a BIG loss in Ramsey. He will dearly be missed and look forward to his recovery next season.

It's been a while since I've posted on footy. Miss me Pips and Val?

For some time now Manchester United supporters have yearned to end the financial hijacking and subsequent exploitation of there club. The Green and Gold campaigning has brought this issue into public view and was on full show on Sundays Carling cup final.

Tomorrow a group of city financiers, the so call "Red Knights" will take this campaign a step further and announce plans to submit a take over bid, however this will depend on whether the present owners want to sell Manchester United to a mixture of emotionally wealthy Man U fans.

Red Football Joint Venture is wholly owned by the Florida based Glazer family who have leveraged the football club with over ?700m worth of debt after their own successful takeover bid.

Paul Marshall a hedge fund manager, Mark Rawlinson commercial lawyer and city financier Keith Harris are allegedly leading the ?Red Knights? attempt to wrestle control of Manchester United away from the Glazers and are in close contact with the Manchester United supports trust, it is interesting to note that the ?Red Knights? are only seeking to change the ownership of the club not?s it CEO, Paul Marshall has repeated called for a supporter owned subsidiary along the lines of Barcelona, however this is looking increasing unlikely, one of the stumbling blocks will be the fact that the Glazers did not buy Manchester United to sell at a later date because they have become unpopular with the fans, the revelations that the Glazers paid themselves some ?22m in fees and personal loans gives some indication as to how much it is possible to take out.

The Glazers are used to dealing with personal attacks and have developed skin thicker than a rhino rear end to deflect criticism no matter how personal.

Can the ?Red Knights? raise the sort of capital to persuade the Glazers to sell is another matter entirely, sentiment alone will not force a deal, taking January?s ?500m Bond prospectus, reveling 8.75% interest payable annually, a huge sum to find. And not forgetting that the Bond itself is a mechanism for the Glazers to realize further finance to meet payments on money borrowed from hedge funds, over ?200m, the interest alone will shoot up to over 16% later on this summer.

The ?Red Knight?s? will have to secure a sum of over ?1 Billion to have any chance of tempting the glazer?s to sell, in this economic climate that is a colossal sum raise, best of luck to them but I have a feeling this is pie In the sky wishful thinking..

One thing for sure if they are successful Swallowtail and Dral will be partying ?Val with his favorite Ice cream soda on the rocks?.not sure what Dral?s tipple is ? by the way welcome back Dral hope to hear your opinion?

The best solution to the soap opera that is surrounding and could well engulf John Terry this coming weekend in England?s friendly with Egypt is for Fabio Capello to have dropped him from the national side from the beginning, for the sake of the team, the spectacle of England fans booing his presence on the field is frankly horrendous, and his failure to secure the full support of the England squad is further evidence that Terry could become a further liability. At the weekend Craig Bellamy lunched a scathing attack at John Terry?s behavior off the field ?I know what JT is like, everybody in football knows what he is like. That's off the field,"?

All this jibing is affecting John Terry?s performance on the field and the refusal of Bridge to shake his hand publicly fuels the argument that Terry should have been given more time away from first team football to adjust and shore up his battered reputation, the ignominy of some of his Chelsea team mate?s texting Bridge with their support is frankly an appalling prospect for team cohesion and morale.

Bridge ruling himself out of the World Cup in South Africa because he felt his position had become untenable after Terry?s affair with Vanessa Perroncelsum, his ex-girlfriend, and best friend of Terry?s wife Toni Poole.

Kayoko ?what about that x rated eye watering challenge on Arsenals Aaron Ramsey in the match against Stoke last Saturday, Shawcross was reckless and late, it was a horror tackle??.

Always miss your contributions Mr K ....no need to ask... hope you are ok ...Pips x

Well at least Malcom Glazer knows what people are trying from him, he knows what Manchester United. He basically ruined it, but refuses to sell because it's his crown jewel..

Furthermore, after seeing England beat Egypt(congrats Pips), it shows John Terry will be needed regardless of his character...or needed at least until Rio returns from injury. No Terry and no Rio and you get Matthew Upson's performances in centre. IF Terry were to leave, chances to win would be to change to a 3-5-2 formation or 3-4-3, preferably 3-5-2. Rio..er hem..Captain Rio manning the centre and Carrick, who looked good btw, at the holding spot. That can allow Gerrard and Lampard to finally move up. They're scorers and having scorers not scoring because of defensive worries is pointless. Anyways to the match, Upson's falling mistake caused Borussia Dortmund striker Mohamed Zidan to 2 touch and fire the opener past Robert Green. Egpyt caught England flat footed in the first half as the passing was sublime and timed runs well. However, fatigue was to blame as Egypt simply ran out of gas and fell victim to England's forward pressing..substitutes Peter Crouch and SWP paved the way en route to a good 3-1 win. One match prepped for only two left.

As for the X rated challenge Pips, it was nasty indeed. I've seen 3 tackles like this before: the challenge to Eduardo, Manny Pogatetz's tackle on Rodrigo Possebon last year, and this. ALL LATE..VERY LATE!! It's a straight red card no doubt, but a 4 game suspension is too nice. If it's that late, it's obviously blatant. Back to the Arsenal match, Ryan Shawcross was late and “He shouldn't be allowed to play here again” as stated by Arsene Wenger after Eduardo's injury. Bright spot was that Gunners pulled 3 points out of it. Imagine if we lost..Gallas would've cried again lol..

Oh Val please confirm to all Utadanet members you are not using your feet to log in.... may I humbly suggest an Indonesian Massage, a deep oil-based massage, and is an ancient system of healing, dating back more than 4000 years .....

http://www.themassageco.com/tr_indonesian.html

Or a Balinese and Javanese Spa, Mandi Lulur or Lulur Bath, a Volcanic Mud Wrap, or finally a Balinese Boreh...
May I humbly suggest...Mario, 26 years old, 174cm, 68kg, gym fit, trustworthy and kind, you may call him at +6283895329554...home visits possible

A Photo so you can recognise...he a professional ....no sniggering here please ..

I am glad that the reception from England fans to John Terry was better than expected, but the first half was an embarrassment to England, Egypt dominated the run of play and Zidan did well to score from an England that was frankly comatose, they looked frightened and confused, and if they performed like they this in a premier league fixture questions would be asked ...

Kayoko is a more rational person than I am and is prepared to judge Terry as a professional footballer, a world class centre-back , I wish I could have a more pragmatic view.....

But I feel the back line was pretty poor, the real heroes for me were Egypt ranked 17th in the world who played with the sort of conviction and at least for the first 45 minutes dominated and played with confidence and conviction, this was a friendly and luckily a wake up for Capello and England ...

*jibber jabber jibber jabber...hehehehe...

And I think you're more rational than I am Pips. I said John Terry was needed for England, but I've said nothing about world class. Terry = world class? No! It's like saying Pips is ugly..lol just doesn't work..kidding. Yes he is a good player, but Rio..er hem excuse me Captain Rio means more. I have to get that right. You're glad Terry's reception was good? Thought you hated JT change of heart I'm guessing? I think Fabio Capello needs to check his squads better. A weak squad against the 17th best team in the world. Even he should know there is no guaranteeing wins on friendlies and his squad showed he sort of “underestimated” the strength of Egypt. A more potent squad should prove with better results for the entire 90 minutes.

Hope your injury gets better soon Val. I'll order the uhh..root beer float with Philipa's favourite wooden umbrella and fireworks.

Arsenal obliterate FC Porto 5-0. Portuguese giants show us up in Portugal so Gunners provide a good greeting and a big boot out back home. Arsenal knew what was at stake but Porto played content on keeping the 2-1 aggregate advantage only to have it blow up in front him. 5-nil..nuff said. Leave out all the rest.

Next up I really hope is an English team. Either club is fine. We were destroyed by both United and Chelsea domestically, but this time it's Champions League and the ultimate proving ground for clubs. We have nothing to lose against these two clubs and everything to gain. Last 8 remaining and no expected us to this far into the tournament and this close to the top of the premier league table. So we can only have better results after getting dismantled in past meetings. Losing by whatever margin makes no difference now and isn't embarrassing because we were accustomed to doing it this campaign already.

Val... Perish the thought.... Mario the Masseur is a professional ...looks all Geezer to me, is he budgie smuggling though ????, looks like he has one hidden in his ?shreddies?......

What a treat for Val as Beckham returns to Old Trafford for the first time since leaving for Real Madrid, the 2nd leg is a very different prospect for Sir Alex than the first leg, even with Rooney fit Man U will be without Wes Brown, Ryan Giggs and Michael Carrick...

Bendtners hat trick as Arsenal finally hit the sweet spot 5-0, 6- 2 on aggregate and heading for the quarter finals.

On the night Arsenal blew Porto away and Bendtner looked a totally different player after Saturdays ?Charlie Chaplin? impression against Burnley ....How may misses...Kayoko ?

There?s no doubt that Arsenal turned on the class as Arshavin finally displayed the sort of class with Arsenals beautifully flowing style of football, it was a pleasure to watch.

Narsi taking over the Captains arm band in midfield from Faberge...sorry Fibreglass, made an innovative run, all ?boys own? stuff to score, it was moment to saviour...can?t imagine what state of euphoria Kayoko must have been in, he surely must have been giving himself a full pleasure experience after watching Arsenal prise open the Porto backline, time and time again,....

Will this herald a turn around in the chase for the Premiership title after Arsenal capitulated to sustained counter attacks in resent encounters with Man U and Chelsea.....Juries out on that one....well in Chelsea's case that will depend on whether John Terry can keep his trousers on long enough to score..
