What has happened to Liverpool?
A late goal and now Liverpool will have a struggle on the second legs to remain in the competition ...it?s a sad day for a once great club ...

Inter Milan V Chelsea Tuesday 16th March and Jose Mourinho has wasted no time in winding up Carlo Ancelotti, stating his claim to being the only Chelsea manager to date that has had a unique relationship with players and fans alike, even claiming had he been in charge of Chelsea the outcome would be very different.....well the only silverware Chelsea has won since the ?Mourinho? era was the 2009 FA cup, under the stewardship of Guus Hindick , and there have been 3 managers since.....
One can?t help wondering just how much Roman Abramovich interferes; it does appear that if a manager does not win the title or at least gain a trophy in their first season out they go, when Mourinho was in the hot seat from June 2004 to September 2007, winning 2 successive premiership titles on 2004-5, 2005-6, league cup 2005, FA Charity 2005, hard to argue that since his departure Chelsea have not achieved the same level of success, we will see on Tuesday if Ancelotti can motivate the team to turn around a 2-1 advantage well Chelsea will have the home advantage....

we shall see ...Well Val will Rooney be able to exceed Cristiano Ronaldo's 42 goal season record....well 30 in 37 matches is certainly an achievement ....??.....

Beckham should retire.... sorry he was a great player but he is just marking time and his anti-glazer protest wearing a green and gold scarf is calculated and cynical .....

As for Galacticos...well easy come easy go..

Jose Mourinho has every right to talk in my opinion. No other manager has had as much success as he had nor has the past 3 managers lasted as long at the helm. Still don't understand Abramovich's reason on sacking him. Abramovich wanted immediate success after putting the amount of money he did into the club, and Mourinho delivered 2 consecutive premiership titles and other cups as well. It's going to be mixed in terms of reception, but the match isn't about him. Both clubs know what to expect come Tuesday. Italian clubs struggle in England as Chelsea diced Juventus to shreds last time an Italian club visited Stamford Bridge. I look for Inter to put on the pressure, but Chelsea will play harder, better, faster, stronger...oh...lol I mean Chelsea will pull out a win.

After Real's embarrassing knockout of CL, manager Maunel Pelligrini looks to on the hot seat. News already are up stating Arsene Wenger is Madrid's target like for the past 2 years. What exactly does Florentino Perez want from Pelligrini? Success? Their tops in La Liga after 25 rounds by goal differential over Barca. I thought the goal was to outdo Barca. Well, they are right now so why are they looking to sack him? Wenger already insisted he will reject any offers regarding managerial positions up until his contract at Arsenal expires in 2011. If Pelligrini can win La Liga, that should be able to salvage his job.

About Los Galacticos? Well, they're destined for medicracy. With those players and 240million euros spent, you expected much much more but they're current point tally is mediocre. Pips has a point. Chelsea is an example of money being able to buy success, while Real is an example stating money can't and didn't buy success. Lyon lost Karim Benzema and free kick legend Juninho and still lost. *shakes head..tells you much about both clubs.

I will wait to rabbit on about yesterdays Premiership fixtures until after the results of the Man U match today, Arsenal had some extraordinary luck with the injury time goal, Kayoko must have been wetting himself....no...it?s ?zippy me lippy? and let?s see what happens with Man U v Fulham....... after all Ferdinand has only managed 13 appearances so far this season and is harping on loudly about he will be able to prove his fitness for the final season title run in, I have my own ?two penneth worth? to add and I am sure that Kayoko, Val and others have their own private thoughts on the who is going to lift the title before I try to make any predictions, Chelsea have nine matches , while Arsenal have eight.....enough said ...and compare the quality of opponents ...again they don?t call him lucky Wenger for nothing...

I still have not been able to vent my irritation at Beckhams relentless cynicism as he deliberately picked up the anti-glazier green and gold scarf then after holding it aloft, with grotesquely grand gestures he arrogantly folded it around his neck, did we see this extravagance from any other player, nope we didn?t, this calculated act was to a guarantee Beckham a rapturous reception and front page headlines. AC Milan proved what mediocrity actually looks like in there Champions League Cup tie against Man U, interesting to note that Beckham could only make the bench, even then he managed with some of the most innovative publicists to attract all the attention away from the fact that AC Milan actually lost. What we were presented with adorned across our oblong Flat Screen HD monoliths was a lesson from Beckham and his ingenious promoters on how to create the spectacle of ?look at me I?m Dave Beckham? Fame personified, if only Utada and her U3 Management had the foresight to deploy the same Publicists and Promoters for TITO, and the subsequent ?In the Flesh? tour and I am willing to guarantee TITO would have been ?top ten? because the publicity machine that is ?Team Beckham? knows how to exploit the media to perfection...

No sooner had Beckham left Man U some eight years ago and headed for the fame and fortune of Real Madrid, which he spent no time grabbing those riches with a vengeance, then to walked out and get into bed with the LA ?Bling Bling Hollywood? lifestyle of LA Galaxy, only to treacherously betray LA Galaxy Fans and slope off to AC Milan to make sure he remains in the frame for world cup selection. The hypocrisy of it all is truly remarkable, are we truly to believe that Beckham protest against the ?greedy Glazer? when choosing to play ?Sunday afternoon? soccer in the US. Beckham performance at Old Trafford did little to prevent a humiliating 4-0 defeat. Beckham is desperate to become the first England footballer to be selected for four successive world cup competitions and Beckham is prepared to do anything to achieve this even at the expense of England chances of success.

You know Kayoko I am not sure Chelsea and the money Roman Abramovich has thrown at Chelsea FC will prevail and bear fruit, the match on the not so distant horizon with Man U could well be the determining factor for the Premiership title...

Well even at AC Milan Becks is going to have to play better than that. Playing for a big club makes no difference if you show quality in your play. I would play in America and pad my stats if I was him then say “I'm David Beckham, I deserve the big stage top tier football.” then do bad. If that was the case why'd he move to Bling Bling Galaxy anyways? It wasn't about football, his chopstick attractive? wife was wooed by Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes whom are good friends to the Beckham family. He went for the looks and deceived the LA club big time. But we've a problem, Becks had a massive cut below his eye today in the match against Chievo Verona. Pips quick, your dreambug is hurt go tend to his injuries godspeed!!!

Close calls the past two weeks, but Arsenal held their composure to fight fight fight and win. This show how serious we are in winning the title. Everyone still favors United and Chelsea though we are still right in the mix. Pips and Val are going to disappointed..

Last Sunday were nice day.
Watching Manny Pacquiao VS Clottey, even though the fight quite boring, i don't know how many times Pacquy hits (hundreds of punching ) Clottey but no clean hit. Pac seems pissed with that and do a silly move "a double hook", its not a jab since its not straight punch lol . Clottey double cover totally cover him from having damage, as what i saw there some hit from Clottey hit Pacquy and you can see a little bruised on Pacquy right eyes. Still Pacquy won the match lol .

F1 first race nothing interesting happen, its just Ferrari won 1st and 2nd. Alonso and Massa from start and finish make a great job....Good start for Ferarri, while Hamilton on 3rd place. M Schumacher comeback not really impressive but not bad at all, he was finished 6th place. Maybe he's not warm enough and cannot show his true ability. Maybe to some Driver... F1 new rules , new tires specs and no refueling make them need time to understand it. Well like other people said, i think no refueling rules makes the car more heavier and cannot show the true power of the car.

Night time i cannot saw Man U match but watching the sport news, and Man U won match with 3:0. 2 Point gap between Chelsea still not good enough .

Anyway Chech still injured make Chelsea cannot put him on Chelsea and Inter 2nd Championship League match. I hope that not make Chelsea defense weaker

Lol happy for a Sunday Total sport day

Jose Mourinho ?.. he came, he saw, he raped, pillaged, and plundered, he played Chelsea with superior tactics and strategy, Mourinho knew exactly how to tear Chelsea to pieces and the dim wittedness of Drogba and the indiscipline of that ?sh*t for brains? Jerk Terry, rounded off a humiliation for many.

Lucio wasted no time, from the off he gave Drogba a through physical working over, he hounded and bullied, he pulled his shirt, he used his elbows to great effect, he whispered in his ear when up close and personal, he wound him up like some clockwork toy, and Drogba fell right into the trap, Drogba suffers from the same vanity as King Lear in some perverse Shakespearean tragedy, I cannot comprehend why Drogba did not see this coming, if he had a brain he would be lethal, Inter were not just the superior side they were better prepared, so much so that when dickhead Drogba finally bellowed his big girls blouse and smudged his lipstick after stamping on Motta?s foot , he was rewarded with a straight red card and off ?.

Chelsea deserved a penalty for the Samuel?s foul on Drogba who was blatantly tugged to the ground but to no avail?and to round it all off Terry again only took his foot out of his mouth to change feet and was lucky not to have been reported for the obscenities he shouted at the Referee and the fourth official.

Ancelotti is not to blame for Chelsea?s disappointing performance on the night, the whole match seems to have turned into a nightmare for the Italian, ironically brought from AC Milan to win trophies he has been saddled with a ?pig?s ear?, looking at Ancelotti?s stewardship Chelsea have never failed to lose at Stamford Bridge without scoring but last night they failed to make the score sheet ?.. The whole match was typical of Chelsea, a lack of cohesion as a team, mirrors the failure to maintain discipline.

The Goal when it came was just as much Terry?s failure to play Eto?o offside more than Eto?o ability to finish. ??Kayoko and Swallowtail must be beating rice cakes with madam palm and her five lovely daughters all night??..

Smashing her TV is a possibility, with anger like that lol..only kidding Pips please..

Anywho what else can Park Ji-Sung do for United? A fantastic utility player with great intelligence and discipline that can play his role when called upon. The Liverpool showed everything he is capable of other than his endless sprinting challenging ball handlers. Sir Alex asked for more goals from him, Nani, and Valencia and they've contributed massively to an impressive season post Cristiano Ronaldo. Park's 60th minute diving header from Fletcher's delivery proved enough to help Rooney's penalty and rally behind from Fernando Torres' 5th minute opener. So this puts United on top with Gunners, who beat West Ham 2-0 behind Denilson's 5th minute low blast and Fabregas' penalty after er hem Matthew Upson's 83th minute handball, one point behind in second and Chelsea who surprisingly dropped 2 points here after El Hadji Diuof's 69th minute header over Paulo Ferreira equalised after Didier Drogba put the visitors ahead early at Ewood Park. Vital points here on out and Chelsea would now need to focus on the next match of course, but circle 3 April in order to slow down the reigning champions Manchester United.

And something to please Pips? David Beckham recently tore his achilles tendon at Milan destroying his chances in making the World Cup squad. After bashing him for so long, satisfied are we? Many other people are agreeing with your initial thought and advising him to retire. I think that's best as well.

Yesterday In a fit of anger I threw a cup of coffee across the room missed the TV hit the wall, broke my favourite mug, will have to resume anger management on Thursday.....

After Man U?s win at old Trafford against Liverpool , let?s be honest the contact between Valencia and Mascherano was clearly outside the penalty area, and Valencia could have been short listed for a Golden Globe for that dive, another thing is the way Sir Alex constantly plays pre-match mind games putting match referees under pressure. Benitez is right to complain. The Header from Ji Sung Park was a peach and a match winner.

Just to think that Blackburn lost 5-0 to Chelsea earlier on in the season, I was in tears, John Terry again harps on about conspiracy theories when referring to the mid week Champions League draw against Inter, suggesting decisions went against them, but Chelsea were clearly not prepared for the match..... And again yesterday after six minutes Anelka fed Drogba for the opener only for both Drogba and Malouda to blow additional chances to push home the advantage, what makes Chelsea performance so frustrating is Blackburn are carrying so many injuries , worse was watching Chelsea sit on the lead which inevitably led to Diouf equalizing on the 70 minute.....Chelsea have only managed to pick up 7 points in the last 15 and with a game in hand are 4 points adrift from the top.....

Kayoko must be having a extra firework in his cocktail and Swallowtail probably having a conga up and down the street.....

I know Kayako all my Beckham bashing makes me sound like a right cow, even now Beckham could still go ...All I want to see is for younger members of the national team to gain experience in world cup football, Beckham seems intent on breaking records....
