I always eat meat. The only veggies I'll eat is probably lettuce/brocolli. Tofu is yummy as well. Oh yeah...and soymilk....

maybe that's the reason why the people in US are so much taller

Haha, I have a feeling all those chemicals they're putting in our food are having the opposite effect (Especially the BVH in our milk). American men have less T and lower sperm count each generation. Not hardcore.

I only eat free-range beef, it has a different amino profile. I'm a smidge over 5'11".
