I'm thinking something like this. When a baby is born, the parents can name his or her kid. Once the kid is 18, he or she can choose to change names.
You know.... I think people do that already irl  |

But you have to pay for it... Why can't it just be free at first and if you want to change your name again, then you would have to pay. But if i could of changed my name at 18, I would be akuma right now, and I wouldn't have enough money to change it back, lol.
