Goals can happen anytime with the fast, non-stop action. You only see or hear about injuries on star players especially for the higher up clubs. All players are “gunning” for the stars to level out the playing field. That's why you see like RVP get hurt every season and not Carlos Vela. There's a difference in role player and star player treatment in terms of physicality.
