That is pretty cool! I do love their uniforms.

My school had a few English exchange students, the girls went crazy. I found them a bit obnoxious. One of them was alright, actually, but I think he was technically Welsh.

It's actually propaganda for a grassroots political party that had a lot of support at the time. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense out of context, though.

Basically, it was an outrcy against inflation that was hurting farmers while we still had the Gold standard. I think it was the Populace party. It's still wicked trippy to watch, that movie scares the hell out of me.

It's not really propaganda in a sinister way, it's kind of like the Happy Feet of 1939. I bet if you wiki it it'll pull something up, it's sorta' interesting.
