i think its actually true. NOT an urban myth. becasue apparently when you are a baby, your skull is still not very hard. so like, if you lie down on one side for a long period of time, your head at the back could be slightly flattened (just slightly).

the sides of my head are quite flattened cause ive be a side sleeper since i was born

No really, in her blog she said that her favorite part of her body is her head cause lots of make up artist and hair people said her head is perfectly round.
