i always wanted an american name to go by back then...i grew up going to school with a korean name and when the teacher calls out the name...he/she can pronounce everything except mine...it goes fast then that sudden pause..i just say it for them...just to make me feel better...but now...im grateful for having just a korean name..now everyone knows that im pure asian...not adopted...most of the koreans in my schools were adopted...so they had american names...


im chinese but i use my english name. I guess they are easier to remember


see thats why i wanted an american name...but youre chinese...how do you know your japanese name?...down there on your siggy...

someone gave it to me, sort of a nickname i guess.

my real japanese name according to the generators is Michiko Yamashita.

Michiko means beautiful, intelligent child.

I guess it's kind of a coincidence that my chinese name has the "hui" hanzi for intelligence in it

it's much more worse when u go to the pharmacy

the nurses had little english education, and they called names like.........

I use my English name 'cause I'm born in America and that's my official name as a US citizen.

But I really prefer my Chinese name, it has so much more meaning to me.
My mom chose my English name the second before it was written on my birth certificate.

oh...born in korea, no english name...kinda glad now...now i can say im a proud asian...born right in a hospital in seoul..hehe

not much of a big thing to be proud of but still

u should just use ur chiinese name then soy soy ^^ like me

my friends and teachers call me by my chinese name =D

i have a japanese name, its haruto. remember it. , and i'm not copying it from naruto, its actually another name. my friends call me haruto sumtimes when we speak japanese,

Yes I noe, I'm not a retard. Anyone who has considered having a. Japanese name would know that.

For the record, my Chinese name is pronounced hui Shan. My friends (some) insist on calling me Shan I guess you could do that too
