Seeing WWE Monday Night RAW live - that was really fun (despite the rednecks, it was SOOOO "Talladega Nights" with the kids). We drank crown & cokes. We went mainly 'cuz of Rey Mysterio (who's really really hot btw), but he wasn't there! We were pretty upset lol
And my boyfriend LOVED the dinner I made on friday night - I baked a salmon steak in the oven with lemon pepper sprinkled all over and made brown rice, and I chopped up a mango and some cilantro and mixed that into the rice and squeezed in some fresh lime juice - it was awesome. He's like been telling everybody about it and wants me to make it again like 8 years ago. haha - the best part about it is, it's HEALTHY! lolz |
