This sounds pretty foolish considering that I amAmerican. But growing up, I absorbed myself in Asian music. A lot of people believe that I'm racist and too Pro-Asian. I do think that most American music is bland because it can't deliver that sort of passion as music would sound in a foriegn tongue. But I do like some mainstream music around here. I heard a few songs by The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Simple Plan, Green Day and ah... John Denver. I'm not sure what other people think of that because I have never met anybody who shares the same intrests.
... I'm just wondering if anybody has any personal favorites that they would like to share. I hope to pick up a couple of cds (for my birthday which never was celebrated... for myself). :) |
