hey everyone, i'm new here. i just had a copy of the ultra blue album. just wanna ask how do you find the new album? got any fave song aside from her latest singles? mine would be nichiyo no asa, keeps me in the right mood for one whole day...

First of all, welcome to Utadanet halofthesun! Hope you have fun here. And I ordered my copy of Ultra Blue from Amazon like a month ago, and it was just shipped today, so I don't even have it yet!!!! I should have just bought it at Barnes and Nobles, but I always order her stuff online (and I live in a small town, so the nearest Barnes and Nobles is kind of far away). I have heard all of the songs though, and I really love all of them. I really like the song Making Love out of the new ones I have heard. And out of the older ones, I love Colors or Dareka No Negai Ga Kanau Koro the best. But of course, all of them are fantastic

I got my copy from Kinokuniya~! Although it was a lil
expensive, the album is definetely worth the money. I just wished her new songs had some PVs with it though.. Especially Nichiyou no Asa,Kairo, and This Is Love. That would've been cool-but ah well. I'm beyond satisfied with her album.. And I love how Hikki(or someone else) arranged the song list. It starts strong and full of energy w/ This is Love, quickly followed by an upbeat song; Keep Tryin'. Then, the album ends with a relaxing mellow song, Passion.. :D - To me, it was like listening to an orchestra. It starts out powerful, and ends quietly..Allowing that memorable moment to happen... ;D |
