maybe she put those songs first because she thought that those may be the most heard, so then by singing them first she could get everybody excited?

well in a concert tracklist arrangement is very important
for eg in Utada United 2006 she sang Passion first because its easily recognized internationally and its quite new as well so this warms up her crowd
