The picture IS of hikki. It was from a tabloid magazine that bought the picture. The picture is of hikki from her college time at Columbia.

No it was not by vandals. It is the File Not Found page for UN. Put it there as a kind of easter egg for people to find. And also to flip off people who are trying to search thru the files or something.

i saw that, it was my stupid computer not showing the picture....but anyways, i dont think that looks like hikki very much. im not arguing, just thats what i think.
