Here's an emulator that I use. I included the Tetris ROM, so all you have to do is open Nester (the emulator), go to file>open ROM and select Tetris. If you like a different emulator, or have a working NES with Tetris, that's fine. The important thing is you take a screenshot that clearly shows your high score.
