despite me being asian, i hold my chopsticks the wrong way all the time. that's why i prefer to use spoon and fork in restaurants...so i don't embarass myself by dropping my food while trying to hold my chopsticks the right way, or getting laughed at for holding it in a weird way.
use chopstick usually at home. use it to eat nattou with rice, the sticky substance clumps up the rice. i prefer plastic to wood, wood has that wooden taste i don't like |
