There should be some type of friend list to help you stay in contact with people you meet on UtadaNet. I'm not saying that it has to be shown show others know who you talk to becuase I actually just want for my own viewing, otherwise I might forget who's who. Also for that reason, maybe a friend list should be made so that you can put a little personal comment under each friend's name or something.

By talking to other members with PMs and on forums, we may make some new friends or at least meet people we want to remember. If we had a section for friends, it would be easier to remember who we talk to.

No, just username. Although E-mail could be good, too, but that really should be viewable only to whoever put you on their friend list, and only if the you chose to let them know it. So the friend section can be like an address book, too, if you add information for yourself.

We're trying to reach OUT to newbs, not push them away with friends and stuff.

And I noticed on YuGiOhTheAbridgedSeries.com that they put up friendship lists, which might be where you got your idea.
I guess if this site gets huge, it might be a good idea, but we only have about 15 users (at most) online, so our community ain't huge.
