The only songs I've heard from Ayumi are earlier in her career.

Has her voice changed radically from the beginning of her career to now?

Her voice has improved, it's better than her voice was like earlier in her career. ^^ Her voice back then was a bit more high-pitched than now.

For those who don't know, Ayumi Hamasaki released her first digital single [43rd single overall] two days ago. For those who want a listen:

Her ninth album, Guilty, will be released on the first day of the new year. I'm excited! ^.^

Hey, hey...everything doesn't have to revolve around her voice. xD What about the musical composition? The beauty in her lyrics? And most importantly, the effort in the work? In Talkin' 2 Myself and Decision, she does display low-pitched vocals. =3

i like her cute high pitched voice. suits her. makes her unique.

otherwise she would just be any other jpop singer

My most favorite song by Ayumi is probably "Above and Beyond". And if you think AYUMI HAMASAKI has a high-pitched voice, wait till you hear Riyu Kosaka. Hahaha.<33
