interesting point...but in hikki's case it didn't happen (in my opinion), she already debuted being a huge sucess i think that not even her record label was expecting for so much sucess, so I guess even Hikki wa surprised! ^^ japan Loved Hikki at first look.

Well, Japan wasn't the only ones that loved Hikki right away! I personally know many people in the U.S. who fell (literally) in love with her when they first saw her.
