thay are a bunch a men who acts like women in terms of their look, like fix their hair, go to spas, put a little make up, its like they are really very keen in how they should look, always looks at the mirror,like they are more fashionable than most men. hope y'all understand me. they are not gay or anything but men who grooms like women.

Good diet is the most important thing.

I think a little bit of vanity is good, it makes people take care of themselves. So long as it isn't the kind of vanity that interferes with function. You know, being proud of your body because you're strong and healthy, as opposed to worrying endlessly about your hair, not getting a little scratched up in the woods, stepping in mud.
